In addition to holding his A General Engineering License, Fred has honed his operating skills over the last 30 years, with customers trusting their most challenging and difficult projects to him. He has run grading and underground projects throughout Southern California. In addition to being one of the best heavy equipment operators around, he also enjoys fighting Muay Thai and helping Cherilyn around the ranch.

A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Ag Business Grad, Cherilyn spent nearly two decades in med-tech marketing before making the leap to join Fred full-time. She has been a life-long equestrian, riding and competing in everything from western pleasure, to hunters, to her current focus in dressage. A decade of building and running her own ranch provides a unique perspective to help others create their dream horse property.
