CRC General Engineering is a California corporation based in San Diego County that specializes in providing grading and excavation, underground utilities and turn-key site preparation throughout Southern California. We have over 30 years of experience in general engineering construction, completing more than 500 projects which include military infrastructure, commercial properties, high-end custom homes, equestrian properties and much more.
Founded in 2020, our firm is rapidly growing as we continue to bring together some of the most talented and experienced individuals in the industry. We founded this company on the principles of hard work, strong competency in what we do, and a commitment to doing what is right for our customers.
We understand that completing projects on time and on budget is always the objective. Our goal is to go above and beyond this by exceeding customer expectations not only on the final deliverable but also on the process of getting there. Nothing makes us happier than we get feedback from a customer that we were very easy to work with and we made their job on the project easier. This is because we focus on streamlined execution of each project through proactive planning, good communication and efficient execution to meet budget and timeline goals.

Fred has honed his operating skills over the last 30 years running grading and underground utility projects throughout Southern California, with customers trusting their most challenging and difficult projects to him. In addition to being one of the best heavy equipment operators around, he also enjoys fighting Muay Thai and helping Cherilyn around the ranch.

A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Alum, Cherilyn started her career in med-tech, overseeing 50+ product launches and marketing campaigns in healthcare before making the leap to the construction industry because...well, tractors are just more fun. This unique background allows her to bring a strong business background and project management skills to CRC. Also a life-long equestrian, she has ridden and competed in everything from western pleasure, to hunters, to her current focus in dressage.
